Getting set up
Who sets it up?
On Grow and Scale, we can, and we recommend it. Your solutions architect builds your account, imports your contacts, connects your calendar and phone, and trains your team. It's a one-time fee, shown on the pricing page, or free when you pay yearly. On Build, you set it up yourself.
Can I bring my contacts from another system?
Yes. With our setup on Grow and Scale, send us a spreadsheet or an export from your old system and we import it and clean out duplicates. Otherwise, you import it yourself.
Can I keep my business phone number?
Yes, for US numbers. We move your existing number over, so customers keep calling the one they know.
Will my team know how to use it?
Training is part of our setup on Grow and Scale. We show your team how to use it on your own account, at a time that suits them.
Pricing and billing
Which plan should I pick?
Most businesses should start on Grow, our recommended plan, with 5 seats and our team's setup and training. Pick Build to set it up yourself, or Scale for unlimited seats and every capability. Not sure? Book a walkthrough and we will tell you which fits.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Pick a plan and start. You get 14 days to use it with your team. After 14 days, your trial continues as the plan you picked.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly takes 15% off every plan and makes our setup free on Grow and Scale. The pricing page shows the yearly price for each one.
Do texts and calls cost extra?
Texts, calls, email, and AI use come out of a prepaid wallet, separate from your plan. Every rate is listed on the pricing page before you spend.
Which subscriptions can I cancel?
Usually your separate CRM, email, texting, booking, review, website, form, chat, and e-signature tools. Keep your accounting software and card processor: we connect them to your account. The pricing page lists each tool we replace and its published price.
Using it day to day
Do I have to use the AI?
No. On Build and Grow, AI is paid per use from your wallet, so you only pay for it when you switch it on. On Scale, AI is included in the plan.
Is there an app for my phone?
Yes. The mobile app lets you reply to messages, check your calendar, and take payments on the go.
What if something breaks?
Add monthly care on Grow or Scale and we check that your automations run and fix what breaks, every month. Without it, our support team still answers when you ask.
