Short Biography

I was raised among machines that breathed color. While other kids played with toys, I played with paper swatches, ink smells, and the rhythmic sound of printers. My family’s printing business was my first design school, long before I knew the word “design” itself. That early curiosity grew into a path, first formally, when I completed my BFA in Visual Communication Design, and then professionally, as I stepped into the world of advertising and production, shaping ideas into things people could see, touch, and feel.

Life was comfortable, familiar, but I felt a pull to explore further. So I paused stability and chose growth. I moved abroad to pursue my master’s in Dynamic Media, a decision that taught me as much about distance as it did about design. Being away from my wife and children made me ask a question that became the heart of my thesis: how do we bring presence back to long-distance relationships? That question led me into projects where code met emotion, where media became touch, and where I began building my first AI companion to reduce emotional distance, not to replace human connection, but to hold it gently. That experience opened a door. After graduating, I joined Epic Home Healthcare, where I built an empathetic AI receptionist and chatbot that helped automate operations with warmth instead of cold automation.

What began as an internal solution for Epic soon evolved beyond one organization, later becoming a full service offering for multiple businesses needing automation and customer communication support. Alongside this, I developed a custom CRM to simplify workflows and bring AI into everyday operations, helping companies work smarter, faster, and with less friction. With every build, I learned that technology becomes meaningful only when it remembers the human at the center. Today, I stand at the intersection of design, AI, emotion, and business building tools that feel personal, human, and useful. I believe the future belongs to creators who make technology more caring, intuitive, and alive. That is the path I’m walking: designing intelligent systems, helping businesses adopt automation with empathy, and teaching others to build solutions that matter. If you’re exploring automation, AI integration, or want to collaborate on building human-centered tech let’s connect. I’d love to talk.
