Pinn.Media CRM is a digital software service delivered instantly upon subscription. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital software access and immediate account activation, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to all plans, billing cycles (monthly or annual), upgrades, and add-ons.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the plan selected at checkout. Once a payment is processed and access to the platform is granted, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial usage
  • Unused time
  • Early cancellation
  • Change of mind

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate Pinn.Media CRM during the trial period. Once the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining time.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected at our discretion.

Regional & Legal Compliance

This refund policy is intended to apply globally. Where local consumer protection laws require exceptions, Pinn.Media CRM will comply with applicable legal obligations in those jurisdictions.
