How It All Began
We began our journey in 2018 as a creative agency, helping brands grow through design, strategy, and digital media. Over time, we noticed that many of our clients faced the same challenge. They were juggling multiple tools just to manage leads, follow ups, bookings, payments, and campaigns. None of those systems worked seamlessly together, and the cost of maintaining them was unnecessarily high. The request we heard most often was simple: “I wish there was one platform that could handle everything.”
We felt that pain ourselves. Managing clients across different platforms slowed us down, increased workloads, and made operations more complex than they needed to be. So rather than searching for yet another tool, we built our own. Pinn.Media CRM began as an internal solution designed to streamline how we worked and how our clients operated. It brought automation, CRM, scheduling, funnels, messaging, payments, and marketing into one unified space — and immediately transformed the way we handled business.
Our clients experienced the difference as well. They saved time, improved follow ups, organized their sales process, and were finally able to manage their operations without relying on multiple subscriptions. As more clients began asking if they could use our system independently, we realized we were no longer just improving our workflow. We had created something valuable enough to stand on its own.
What we built for ourselves, and for the clients who trusted us, is now being brought to the world.
