What we store today

The site remembers your theme, your animation setting, and your cookie choice in your browser's own storage. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It sets cookies named _clck (kept for 1 year) and _clsk (kept for 1 day), and Microsoft may set others, such as CLID and MUID, to recognise a returning browser.

We also use Google Analytics, on the same terms: it loads only after you accept. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an id, each kept for up to 2 years, to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, from the company that hosts this site, to count page views and see which pages load slowly. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites, and it only sends anything after you accept analytics.

Necessary only, or a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, keeps all three off. To change your choice later, open Cookie settings in the footer.

Marketing

Marketing cookies help us show relevant ads on other sites and measure how they do. They load only if you allow them, under Accept all or the Marketing switch in Choose. We will list each marketing tool on this page before it goes live.

Booking, forms, and chat

The booking calendars, the contact and support forms, and the chat window come from the CRM platform we run on. They are part of how the site works, so they load without asking, and they may set their own cookies to keep a booking or a conversation going.

Checkout

Start a trial and you go to Stripe's checkout page, which sets its own cookies to process the payment safely. Stripe's own policy covers them.
